Home KAC Gibu Gerald

Born on the slopes of Mount Elgon, in Mbale - Uganda, my childhood had a variety of experiences in the sphere of art. I grew up seeing my brothers doing lots of creative works, especially in painting. This later gave me a great push to what I am now.

I grew with the desire to become a professional later, later being moulded through the Margaret Trwowell School of Industrial and Fine Art - Makerere University. Here I did must of my works in water color. Though now the field sees me doing more of my paintings in acrylics.

My major inspiration is the African rural life and women's social - economics activities captures my attention. Bright colors are the key to my caption of beauty.
